POSTGRADUATE RESEARCH CONFERENCE SUBSIDY GUIDELINES Instructions to candidates : (1) The Postgraduate Research Conference Subsidy Application form must be submitted to the School Research Office (SRO) six (6) weeks before paying of the conference registration fee, flight and accommodation. (2) Applications will NOT be considered retrospectively and will be rejected. (3) No candidate will receive more in total than the maximum amount of conference subsidies (supported with receipts). Postgraduate Research Conference Subsidy (within Malaysia, Southeast Asia, Asia (excluding East Asia) and outside Asia) Conference subsidy assist with the expenses of doctoral and research masters candidates who wish to present at least one paper in well-established and high impact international/national conferences during the period of their candidature. The candidate should show evidence that these conferences are strategically chosen to allow networking with established scholars in their field of study; and offer high possibility of publication outcome of their paper whether in the form of conference proceedings, book chapters or journal articles. THE PRIORITY OF CONFERENCE EXPENSES IS TO COVER AIRFARE, ACCOMMODATION AND REGISTRATION FEES.
