The Arts and Social Sciences are important in helping us make sense of the rapid and profound changes occurring all around us. Our students develop the knowledge and analytical tools needed to understand the intricacy of human interaction in an ever changing environment, and learn to take a leading role in making the world a better place.
We offer Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Arts (Global) and Bachelor of Communication with majors in psychology, international studies, communication, journalism and writing. Minors are offered in cinema and film studies and, gender studies
in the near future. These programmes offer progression through to an Honours year, Masters in Communication and Cultural Studies, Master of Arts (Research) and PhD..
